Union Pier offers several great restaurants to include Skip’s, and Timothy’s Restaurant both located within walking distance from the home. Also within a five minute drive you will find yourself in downtown New Buffalo where you have fine dining, clothing shops, ice-cream shops, day spas, and the beautiful New Buffalo public beach. The home has three bedrooms and two full baths. The second story gallery overlooks the living room and dining area for an open feel. Elegant solid oak floors can be found throughout the home giving the home warmth and a sense of quality. The wood burning marble fireplace is the focal point of the living room and a great space for all to gather. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you would need to feel at home. The screened porch with adjustable shades is the place to relax, play board games and enjoy dinner under all weather conditions. The large deck along the side of the house provides more outdoor space for barbeque parties and relaxing in the sun. The fire-pit is an added bonus that allows all to gather in the summer and the fall winter months. Smores will put a smile on your face no matter what time of the year it is.
