Truly a great family place, located just a five minute walk to the Warren Dunes State Park. Warren Dunes allows for fun for everyone, to include the four legged family members (Dog Friendly Beach). This newly redone 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is a short ten min walk to the beach. The home sits on a beautiful oversized wooded lot that is fenced in for privacy. The property has a very cozy main house that sleeps 6 adults, as well as a bunk house that sleeps 4-6 kids.
While enjoying the back yard you will also find a fire pit for the s'more cravings, and a 4-6 person hot tub. The house is not only in a great location but offers room for the entire family, located in the heart of Harbor Country.

(Summer) June 15th-Sept. 1st: $2600 per week (week only)
(Fall) Sept 2nd- Nov 29th: $325 per nt. (3 nt. min)
All major holidays not in peak season $350nt. (3 nt. min)
Additional fee: $150 cleaning
