The Beach House is a perfect place for you and the family to gather. Come enjoy your own private pool while being within visible distance to your own private beach (Sunset Shores). The area is surrounded by things to do for everybody and New Buffalo is located just over an hour from Downtown Chicago. The house lends itself to a feeling of relaxation with a heated in ground pool, a 4-6 person hot tub, and a fireplace in the three season room as well as the master bedroom. The lower level is a great spot for kids, with three futons, a foosball table, and a TV with cable. The house is wired for wireless internet for those of you that may need to get some work done.

Dec 1-June 30th: $300 weeknight, $650 weekend, $1800 week (2 nt. min.)
July 1st.-Labor Day: $500 per nt. (5 nt. min.) or $3000 week
Labor Day- Nov 30th: $300 week nt. $650 weekend, $1600 week
All major holidays not in peak season are $450 nt. (3nt. min)
